Fairmont man sentenced on meth charge

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. – A Fairmont man who pleaded guilty to a drug charge in Taylor County will spend 41 months in prison.

 Michael Coy Wollard, 29, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of pseudoephedrine to be used in the manufacture of methamphetamine.

 Investigators with the Three Rivers Drug Task Force found him with medication with the meth-making ingredient in it in September 2014.

 U.S District Judge Irene M. Keeley presided over Wollard’s sentencing.

He will receive credit for time served since October 2014.
