FAIRMONT, W.Va. – One person has been confirmed injured as a result of a multiple vehicel crash on I-79 southbound in Marion County.
Officials say at least three vehicles were involved in the crash at mile marker 133 around 10:24 a.m.
West Virginia State Police and volunteer fire departments from Valley, Winfield and Monongah assisted.
One person was transported to United Hospital Center.
