Last night members were briefed on the details of the three year contract that includes a 10.5 percent pay raise over the life of the contract. The SWIFTREACH system will allow MECCA 911 to notify residents about disasters and emergencies through phone calls.     Flaherty would not reveal how much the bill for the legal expenses for WVU would be, but said the bill should be coming to the University sometime around the first part of next week and it was in the hundreds of thousands but that only a small recovery would be all the University would have to pay.
