Police make more arrests in massive drug raid

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Morgantown Police have made more arrests as part of the massive drug investigation announced Thursday where 33 people face federal charges.

Police say 14 additional individuals have been charged with Conspiracy to Distribute a Controlled Substance. Ten of the 14 subjects have been arrested.

Police identify ten as: Chris Hriblan, Shawna Jo Brown, Jeremy Hoopengardner, Nicolette Bolyard, Jeremy Nice, Jonny Bendana, Stephanie Johnson and Leigh Fowler, all of Morgantown. Also arrested are Elyse Yanego of Fairmont and Pam Chidester of Nutterfort.

Members of the Mon Metro Drug Task Force as well as numerous federal, state and local agencies assisted with the investigation and are still searching for the remaining four individuals.

Thursday, authorities announced a 129 count federal indictment against 33 people from North Central West Virginia and the Detroit, Michigan area for the distribution of oxycodone.
