MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — No charges will be filed in a Morgantown shooting that sent one woman to the hospital.
Betty Jo Strosnider, 32 of Monongalia County, is recovering from non life-threatening injuries she received early Tuesday morning.
Investigators discovered Strosnider accidentally shot herself once while sitting in a parked vehicle along the side of Eljadid Street.
