MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Detectives in Morgantown are investigation an early Thursday morning stabbing in the 300 block of High Street.
Just before 1 a.m., police identified a male victim with lacerations to the chest and arms. Members of the Morgantown Parking Authority provided first aid before the unidentified victim was transported to J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital by EMS.
Police have identified and captured Elijah Jon Older, 21, of Arundel, Maine. Older has been charged with malicious assault.

A September 13 stabbing in the 300-block of High Street remains under investigation.
