MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — State Police are asking for the public’s help on the whereabouts of a man wanted for 2nd Degree Sexual Assault.
Giovanni George is 6’2”, 155 pounds. He’s a black man with brown hair, brown eyes, and a red tattoo of lips on the left side of his neck.
