Third Person Charged in Wilson Murder

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — City police have arrested a third person Thursday afternoon in connection with the murder of an Ohio woman.

Warren Kip Hall, 49, of Clarksburg, faces one count of murder and one count of conspiracy to commit murder.

Two people discovered human remains in Barbour County last Saturday, April 1. Those remains were identified Monday as Keyairy Deshawn Wilson, a 30-year-old missing woman from Columbus, Ohio.

She hadn’t been seen since appearing in the North View area of Clarksburg on March 20.

Elizabeth Lady Bird Jenkins, 51, of Clarksburg, appeared in court Tuesday and waived her probable cause hearing. She faces two felony charges; one for murder and one for conspiracy.

Daniel Claude Amsler, 53, of Clarksburg, appears in Magistrate Court on Tuesday, April 11 for a probable cause hearing. Amsler is also facing one felony murder charge and a conspiracy charge.
