PHILIPPI, W.Va. A man in Philippi is facing a charge of making a terrorist threat after telling officers he was going to kill the members of the police department.
At 6:00 a.m. Sunday, Orlandis Funderburke, 36, allegedly called the Barbour County 911 Center and said he was going to kill members of the Philippi Police Department.
When officers arrived at the residence, Funderburke was reportedly yelling, “I’m going to f—— kill you” from a window.
Funderburke was taken into custody after a brief struggle with the police.
Funderburke is being held in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail on a $20 thousand bond.
