CLARKSBURG, W.Va. – A Fairmont man has admitted to using bad checks to purchase firesrma he would later sell to individuals and pawn shops.
Court documents said Jaeson Wayne Marbury, 30, bought 19 firearms from licensed dealers in Morgantown with checks he knew were not good. The guns were then sold by Marbury in the community.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives investigated the case.
