MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Jurors in Monongalia County have found Brandon Lee Franks guilty of recklessly fleeing from an officer.
Franks will be sentenced at a later date and could receive up to five years in prison.
Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Erik Brown handled the case and the investigation was conducted by Sgt. Jonathan Alexander of the Monongalia County Sheriff’s Department and several other deputies.
