CLARKSBURG, W. Va. — Federal officials have indicted a Clarksburg resident in connection with firearms violations and fentanyl charges.

Martin Lynn Queen, 61, is accussed of unlawful possession of a firearm and possession with intent to distribute fentanyl.

Court documents allege investigators conducted multiple vehicle and property searches, uncovering fentanyl stamps, fentanyl, drug paraphernalia, and other controlled substances, as well as several firearms. Queen is prohibited from having firearms due to a prior firearms conviction.

Queen faces up to 10 years in federal prison for the firearms charge and faces up to 20 years for the drug charge.

A sentencing date has not been set.
