MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The city of Morgantown has released the list of scheduled performers for 2024 Ruby Summer Concert Series at the Ruby Amphitheater. The schedule features 12 free concerts that begin June 7 and run through August 30 that include a wide variety of genres that span decades of music history.
The lineup for the 2024 concert series is as follows:

Resurrection- A Journey Tribute July 12;
Postmodern Jukebox July 19;
Hunter Girl July 26;
Purple Project- A Prince Tribute August 2;
Fastball August 9;
Steep Canyon Rangers August 16;
Diamond Rio August 23;
Plain White T’s August 30
Each show is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
The City of Morgantown Arts and Cultural Development Department coordinates all of the events at the waterfront venue that provides viewing options from the park or from a boat on the Monongahela River.
The August 30 end of summer bash will conclude with fireworks after the show.

Chairs can be set up after 5:00 p.m. on the day of each event, in order to keep the park, open for use during the day. Saving seats and chairs/blankets within the seating areas is not permitted. No tents, canopies or umbrellas are allowed – the venue asks that all attendees please be respectful of their neighbors.
Food and beverage vendors and free face painting willalso be on-site. Public parking is available at Wharf Street Parking, Pleasant & Chestnut Street Parking, University Avenue & Chestnut Street, and Spruce Street Parking.
The Ruby Summer Concert Series is presented by the City of Morgantown and the Hazel Ruby McQuain Trust with support from WVRC Media, Visit Mountaineer Country, The West Virginia Department of Arts, Culture and History, Mon Health-Vandalia, Breezeline, Hotel Morgan, RMA Presents, AJG Corporation, Mylan Park, MPE Rentals, Mountain State Justice, Active Air Productions, Suttle and Stalnaker PLLC., Steptoe and Johnson PLLC., Drusky Entertainment, T and L Hotdogs, Black Diamond Realty LLC., First Greene Mortgage and Almost Heaven Bar and Grill.
The 2023 Ruby Summer Concert Series drew an estmated 30,000 people from nine states that spent $140,000 at the Hazel Ruby McQuain Park, Ruby Amphitheater.
