CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — Police in Clarksburg are searching for a female suspect in connection with a bank robbery in downtown.
Police said they responded to a panic alarm that was triggered at 4:30 Tuesday afternoon from the MVB Bank on Main Street. The white woman displayed a gun and ordered the teller to put the money in a bag she was carrying.
The woman is believed to be between 35 and 45 years old, wearing a red “Reebok” hoodie, a black face mask, black pants and shoes, and carrying a blue bag.
Clarksburg police are asking anyone who may have seen something to call 304-624-1625.
