MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — A 58-year old Morgantown man is facing charges after a reported sexual assault on July 4.
Police the victim alleges Richard Braham Jr. assaulted her throughout the night and into the morning.
Police said Braham also sent inappropriate messages and in some of the messages acknowledged the sexual conduct.
Braham was charged with first degree sexual assault and is being held in the North Central Regional Jail on a $50,000 bond.
