MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — A Morgantown woman is facing charges after violating a circuit court order to turn her children over to Child Protective Services.

On July 3, Megan Grimm, 34, was ordered to turn the five children over to CPS due to an “imminent threat to their wellbeing.” The order went on to say officials believed additional abuse or neglect would occur if the children were not removed from the home.

When state officials contacted Grimm she was uncooperative and said she wouldcontact her lawyer.

Days after not hearing from Grimm she was located with the children at an undisclosed location in Ohio.

Grimm has been charged with concealment or removal of a minor and is being held in North Central Regional Jail on $20,000 bond.
