FAIRMONT, W.Va. — A Fairmont man is facing charges afterpolice allege he exposed himself tomotorists from the downtown bridge.
Last week, police said Michael Hebner, Jr., 40, was standing in the area of Cleveland Avenue and Adams Street exposing himself and making inappropriate gestures as citizens were passing by and stopped at the red light.
Hebner is charged with indecent exposure and is currently in the North Central Regional Jail.
