MONONGALIA COUNTY, W.Va. — A fotrmer substitute teach with Monongalia County Schools has been arrested and charged with two counts of sexual abuse by a person of trust to a child.
Brian Kain, 50, of Brick, New Jersey, turned himself in at theMonongalia County Sheriff’s Department, has been arraingned and is free on a $25,000 bond.
Kain was employeed by Monongalia County Schools from 2000 to 2004 and is accused of having a sexual relationship with two students at Morgantown High School between that time.
Kain also worked as a substitute teacher in Wheeling and the Myrtle Beach area.
