STAR CITY, W.Va. — Star City police have arrested a 41-year old resident following an alleged attack with a blunt object.
Tuesday, officers were informed Jose Perez used a blunt object and attempted to hit the victim in the face.
Perez has been charged with malicious assault and is being held in North Central Regional Jail on a $30,000 bond.
