FAIRMONT, W.Va. — A Fairmont couple is facing multiple charges after being accused of keeping a child in a dog kennel and using a taser as punishment for bedwetting.
Deputies from the Marion County Sheriff’s Department have arrested and charged Franklin Ours, 60, and Sonya Daugherty, 54, with child abuse creating risk of injury, and are being held on a $40,000 bond each at the North Central Regional Jail.
