ELKINS, W.Va. — Deputies from the Randolph County Sheriff’s Department are looking for tips from the public to find those responsible for a single vehicle crash Friday on Georgetown Road.
Deputies and emergency crews arrived to the accident scene early Friday and found the drive and passenger fled the scene.
