FAIRMONT, W.Va. — The southbound side of I-79 in Marion County reopened around 5:45 p.m. after at least four accidents Friday afternoon. Accident reports began coming in around 4:30 Friday afternoon and by 5 p.m. the southbound side was closed. No information has been released about the accidents as of 6 p.m. Friday.
