CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — A Clarksburg man has admitted to possessing methamphetamine with the intent to sell and faces a 20 year term in federal prison.
Frederick Blaine Rinehart, Jr., 54, had been selling methamphetamine in Harrison County and investigators linked him to 100 grams of the drug.
Rinehart is facing up to 20 years in prison.
The Greater Harrison Drug Task Force conducted the investigation.
No sentencing date has been set.
