FAIRMONT, W.Va. — Deputies with the Marion County Sheriff’s Department made four arrests in an ongoing fentanyl investigation Monday.

Deputies said they found evidence of drug use, paraphernalia, packaging materials, and 13 grams of a white powdery substance suspected to be fentanyl prepared for sale.

Deputies arrested Mirranda Godrey, 44, Samantha Sease, 32, Jeremy Markley, 34, and Mark Adkins, 46, and another individual who conspired to sell drugs and lived at the home.

All four have been charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and are being held in the North Central Regional Jail.

The fifth unnamed subject has not been charged.
