KINGWOOD, W.Va. — A Kingwood resident has been charged after an investigation into child pornography by the Preston County Sheriff’s Department.
On Wednesday, deputies arrested Oscaldo Ramirez, 63, after detectives determined he had downloaded numerous images of child pornography.
Ramirez has been charged with distribution and exhibition of child pornography and is being held on a $75,000 cash only bond.
