Two former Monongah PTO officers accused of fraud

MONONGAH, W.Va. — Two former officers of the Monongah Elementary School Parent Teacher organization have been charged with fraud in connection with spent funds from the organization.

Former officers, President Kayla Davis and Treasurer Megan Colisino have been arrested by state police for several counts of fraud. Investigators sais the pair used funds from the organization for personal purchases.

Troopers did not release the amount of money in question but said that figure will be released later in the investigation.
