WASHINGTON COUNTY, W.Va. — Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a fatal tree cutting accident in Washington County.
James Krapp, 71, was killed at the scene of the accident in a wooded area off Meadow Road in Hanover Township.
Investigators believe the accident happened Monday sometime between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Krapp was pronounced dead just before 7 p.m.
State police are investigating.
