MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Two more suspects involved in an attack at a Morgantown pizza shop have been identified.

According to documents filed in Monongalia County Magistrate Court, Cameron Diggs, 18, and Keith Cushenberry, 21, both of Pennsylvania, have been charged with malicious assault and conspiracy to commit malicious assault. They are charged for their alleged roles in a 9-on-1 altercation at Casa Di Amici in early February, where the victim’s diamond necklace was stolen in the process.

According to the criminal complaint, Diggs, who was wearing the pink sweat suit, was seen on video striking the victim multiple times in the back of the head with his fist while he was not looking and engaged with another man

Cushenberry, who was wearing a grey sweatshirt with black lettering, was seen in the same video hitting the victim in the back of the head with his fist and kicking him twice while he was laying motionless on the ground, police said.

Daniel Hudock, 20, Eric Adonis Hill, 21, and Darryl Ray, 18, all from Pennsylvania, were also charged with separate robbery and malicious assault charges for their alleged roles in the assault.

Hudock and Hill are each charged with first-degree robbery with malicious assault, conspiracy to commit robbery, and conspiracy to commit malicious assault.

Ray was charged with malicious assault and conspiracy to commit malicious assault.

This follows the charges filed against Rylan Rock, 18, of Clarksburg, and Eli Marva, 22, of Uniontown, Pennsylvania, who were each charged with malicious assault and conspiracy in the weeks following the incident.
