CLARKSBURG, W.Va – The Greater Harrison County Drug & Violent Crime Task Force announced that they have arrested seven Clarksburg residents Tuesday following a federal indictment of ten individuals on fentanyl charges.

Kimberly Goings, 44, along with Rebecca Keiper, 38, Roxanne Parker, 34, Caleb Hudkins, 30, Chad Mullooly, 40, Aaron Viglianco, 40 and William Russell, 51, all from Clarksburg, were taken into custody on various charges. The charges included distribution of fentanyl, conspiracy to distribute fentanyl, possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and maintaining a drug-involved premise.

The GHCDTF is still seeking three other individuals who were named in the conspiracy and are working with the United States Marshal Service to arrest them.

According to officials, all seven people were arrested without incident with one firearm and a small amount of methamphetamine seized during the arrests of Goings and Keiper

Keiper, Hudkins, Mullooly and Russell are currently in the North Central Regional Jail. Goings, Parker and Viglianco are not listed on the jail website at this time.
