SHINNSTON, W.Va – The Harrison County Sheriff’s Department has identified three suspects in a Wednesday shooting in Shinnston.
Justin Lee Newbrough, 24, of Mannington, and Cody Earl Hinerman, 27, of Fairmont, are wanted in connection with the incident and are considered armed and dangerous.
Investigators believe the two suspects are traveling with Sierra Brooke Huff, 31, of Fairmont, who is likely driving a silver Nissan Versa with West Virginia license plate 79J948. Police said the vehicle may have front and rear end damage.
