SHINNSTON, W.Va – The Harrison County Sheriff’s Department has located two of three suspects in a Wednesday shooting in Shinnston.
Police have located Cody Earl Hinerman, 27, of Fairmont, and Sierra Brook Huff, 31, of Fairmont, and the two are being interviewed about the incident.
Justin Lee Newbrough, 24, of Mannington, remains at-large and is considered armed and dangerous.
