FAIRVIEW, W.Va. – The Marion County Sheriff’s Department announced a body was found Sunday morning in Farview with an investigation active into what caused it to get there.
According to officials, deputies were called to Jesses Road residence at approximately 10:00 A.M. by a property owner where Benjamin Duncan, 45, was identified. He was found with what appeared to be burns on his body.
Marion County Sheriff Roger Cunningham says this is an active investigation. Duncan’s body has been transported to Charleston for an autopsy. the cause of his death is currently unknown.
