MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – A Morgantown man is in custody after Monongalia County sheriff’s deputies said they found approximately 450 images of child pornography on different online server accounts in his possession.
Anthony Bankers-Beckett, 26, was arrested Tuesday and charged with felony distribution and exhibiting of material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct after deputies recieved two CyberTips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
According to deputies, concerning images were reported to have been found on DropBox and on a Verizon server belonging to Bankers-Beckett, one of which included videos depicting child sexual abuse. The DropBox account, which contained two videos of abuse, also allegedly contained a copy of Bankers-Beckett’s drivers license and a resume.
Bankers-Beckett is being held on a $20,000 bond. He is being held in North Central Regional Jail.
