FAIRMONT, W.Va. — One of six charged in the Pagan Motorcycle Club shooting of Henry Silver in 2022 has been sentenced to 55 years in prison.

Austin Mullins, 28, was sentenced to 40 years for second degree murder, 10 years for use of a firearm during commission of a felony, and five years for being an habitual offender.

Judge Matthew Delligatti ordered the sentences to be served concurrently.

John Wolfe, convicted of first degree murder in the case ordered the killing when learned Silver and his romantic interest were involved in an affair.

Wolfe has been sentenced to life in prison for his first-degree murder conviction.

Derek Clem, convicted of first degree murder and conspiracy; and Dane Hull convicted of conspiracy and possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony are scheduled to be sentenced on Tuesday, April 1.

In Oct. of 2024, Ryan Lane was indicted in the case following Wolfe’s testimony and is waiting to go to trial.
