MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The lineup for the 2025 Ruby Summer Concert Series features 12 free community concerts on Fridays from June through August all show times start at 7 p.m.
“Summer is coming and it’s hard to believe the Ruby Summer Concert Series only started three years ago, given all the accolades and community support we have received,” said Vincent Kitch, Director of the Arts and Cultural Development Department. “From winning Best of Morgantown every year to securing Best in Mountaineer Country and Best of West Virginia titles, our audiences have really supported the city’s efforts to provide free summer fun.”
This year’s lineup features nationally touring artists with local/regional opening acts:
America’s AC/DC Tribute- Thunderstruck with The Delaneys June 6;
Hinder with Gene The Werewolf June 13;
Chase Matthew with Huey Mack June 20;
Los Lonely Boys with Matt Mullins & The Bringdowns June 27;
Huey Lewis Tribute- Heart of Rock & Roll with Rick K. July 11;
Dasha with The Bennett Hall Band July 18;
Village People with Eli & The Mojo Kings July 25;
Jimmy Buffett Tribute- Changes in Latitude with Steel Away August 1;
Sierra Hull with The WVU Bluegrass Band August 8;
Deana Carter with Melissa Quinn Fox August 15;
Hoobastank with Corduroy Brown August 22;
Maddie & Tae with The Hobbs Sisters August 29
On-site venders will provide food and beverages vendors and free face painting will be available.
The venue is located at The amphitheater is located at 185 Garret Street, along the Monongahela River, in Hazel Ruby McQuain Park. Public parking is available at Wharf Street Parking, Pleasant & Chestnut Street Parking, University Avenue & Chestnut Street, and Spruce Street Parking garages.

Fans can place chairs after 5:00 p.m. on the day of each event. Saving seats and chairs/blankets within the seating areas is not permitted. No tents, canopies or umbrellas are allowed – the venue asks that all attendees please be respectful of their neighbors.
The Ruby Summer Concert Series is presented by the City of Morgantown and the Hazel Ruby McQuain Trust with support from numerous sponsors.
