MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — The Morgantown Utility Board (MUB) has announced lane restrictions on Monongahela Boulevard late this week for road repairs.
Contractors working for MUB will close the left lane in both directions beginning the night of Wednesday, May 7 between the Star City Bridge and Sheetz Gas Station. Work will begin Wednesday evening and is expected to continue through the evening of Friday May 9.
During repairs, the northbound and southbound left lanes will be closed, reducing traffic to a single lane in both directions.
The left lanes will remain closed until the work is 100 percent complete. Motorists are encouraged to use alternative routes during this time.
