BRUCETON MILLS, W.Va. — Retail Operations and Security Officer for Clear Mountain Bank, Ashley Nicolas has completed Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) Education’s Certified Bank Security Officer program and has earned the professional designation Certified Community Bank Security Officer – CCBSO.

The education division of the offers nine certification programs that are accredited by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA).

Nicolas, an 18-year Clear Mountain Bank team member, attended the recent ICBA Bank Security Institutes and completed the certification examination covering the fundamental concepts of bank security and its applications.

“With this CCBSO certification, Ashley has demonstrated a mastery of key banking concepts for professional development and to contribute to helping Clear Mountain Bank achieve its business goals and objectives,” said ICBA Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Learning & Experience Officer Lindsay LaNore. “I commend Ashley on reaching this milestone in pursuit of lifelong learning.”
