CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — State police made multiple arrests in Clarksburg after finding drugs and a loaded gun within reach of a child Saturday.

Troopers from the Harrison County detachment served search warrants at 80 and 89 Jones Road near Clarksburg and arrested eight suspects.

Troopers said two juveniles were found close to drug paraphernalia and another juvenile was on a bed where a loaded 22 caliber revolver was found.

Troopers also said they located suspected fentanyl, meth and marijuana, packaging materials, scales and a ledger. In another building, troopers said they found an active marijuana growing operation with 136 plants.

Troopers arrested Kristen Sendling, Drome Claypool, Troy Miller, John Jones, Kaylie Jones, Rebecca Jones, Joseph Jones and Tiara Miller.

Each have been charged with child neglect and possession with intent and conspiracy.

Each of the suspects are being held in the North Central Regional Jail on $35,000 bonds.
