CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — A Stonewood man has admitted to federal charges in connection with the sale of methamphetamine in Harrison County.

James Leonard Bailey, III, 41, was found with 32 grams of methamphetamine and a firearm during the investigation in Harrison County.

Bailey has pled guilty to possession with the intent to distribute five grams or more of methamphetamine.

Bailey faces from five to 40 years in prison at sentencing.

The Stonewood Police Department assisted federal officials in the investigation.
