GRAFTON, W.Va. — Police in Grafton have arrested three people after finding drugs within reach of a 16-year-old.
Police conducted trash pulls at the home where Sheila Bowman, 43; Gary Moyer, 74; and Clyde Bowman, 45, resided with the child after receiving tips about drug-related activity for the last six months.
Investigators said burnt foils, large amounts of snorting devices, old packaging materials, used hypodermic needles, used fentanyl test kits yielding positive results, and several items of drug paraphernalia trash were taken from the home.
All three suspects have been charged with child neglect creating risk of injury, conspiracy, and operating a drug house.
