HAZELTON, W.Va, — For the second time in a week a guard at Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Hazelton has been transported after being exposed to an unknown substance.
The first incident happenedon Wednesday and the second was reported Saturday at 10:15 a.m.
Officials have not disclosed what they believe the substance was.
No other injuries or exposures were reported.
The investigation is ongoing.
