VOLGA, W.Va. — A 20 year old Upshur County man has been charged with first-degree arson in connection with a blaze in an abandoned property.
Bricen Siron is accused of setting the home in the Volga area of Barbour County on fire Saturday.
Investigators from the West Virginia State Fire Marshal’s Office said Siron confessed to setting the house on fire.
Siron is being held in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail on a $20,000 bond.
