JANE LEW, W.Va. — Members of the Greater Harrison County Drug and Violent Crime Task Force and the FBI arrested a fugitive from the Pittsburgh area after a lengthy search.
Anthony Kraus, 20, of Duquesne, had been a fugitive since failing to report for a recent Pennsylvania drug trial and a hearing on a firearms charge from May, according to the Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office.
Allegheny County deputies said when Kraus was taken into custody in the Jane Lew area, police also found more than a pound of dangerous drugs, including fentanyl, meth and crack cocaine.
Kraus is being held in the North Central Regional Jail and will now face additional charges in Harrison County.
