MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — A Morgantown firetruck is under evaluation for damage after it got stuck in a sinkhole in Morgantown on Wednesday evening.
According to the Morgantown Police Department, which documented the incident, the truck fell at 475 Baird St., the location of the Central Place student apartment complex,
The truck was removed by a wrecker service, no injuries were confirmed after the incident. The truck will remain out of service until it has been evaluated for damage and can be deemed operational.
