CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — The Harrison County Sheriff’s Department wants to advise residents to be on the lookout for a missing Clarksburg teenager.
17-year-old Jacob Allen Cain was last seen at around 11:00 p.m. Tuesday night on Calico Drive in the East View neighborhood of Clarksburg.
Cain is described as being 5’9″, weighing around 140 pounds, and having brown hair and brown eyes. He is also reported to have tattoos on the right forearm and right shoulder.
He was last known to be seen on foot, and family members are concerned for his safety.
