CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — A 20-year old Harrison County man has been arrested and charged after threatening ICE agents and Trump supporters recently in online videos.
Cody Smith, 20, is accused of posting videos of home on the phone with the Department of Homeland Security threatening to kill ICE agents and the worker who has taken the call.

During the investigation detectives found other videos with Smith threatening to murder Trump supporters or service members willing to “bootlick.”
Smith has been charged with making terroristic threats and being held in the North Central Regional Jail on a $75,000 bond
