A dozen Lewis County residents arrested on drug charges

WESTON, W.Va. — Deputies in Lewis County have arrested 12 individuals on drug associated charges.

Officers of the Lewis County Sheriff’s Department executed drug associated warrants on those individuals on Wednesday. The covert operations occurred in Lewis County, with nearly all of the defendants being county residents.

“Today’s effort is a continuance of the initiative we dedicated ourselves to five years ago,” Sheriff Adam Gissy said. “Our mission has been to make Lewis County a safer place to live or visit. Concentrating on drug dealers remains an important facet in our approach, and is fundamental to ensure safety.”

  • Jamie Persinger, 34, of Alum Bridge
  • Jessica Keith, 26, of Alum Bridge
  • Christopher “Scotty” Linger, 46, of Weston
  • Kenneth David Muncy, 28, of Jane Lew
  • Billy Jo Lowther, 39, of Jane Lew
  • Bridgett Simons, 20, of Weston
  • Derek Greenleaf, 31, of Jane Lew
  • William Stutler, 30, of Jane Lew *
  • Hannah Wickline, 19, of Weston
  • Josh Donnellan, 21, of Weston
