Agents stumble on a stash they say could kill nearly 1 million people during Harrison County raid

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. – Members of the Harrison County Drug Task Force have removed a quantity of dangerous drugs from the street that they said could kill as many as 600,000 people.

During a search of the residence in the 600 block of Buckhannon Avenue on Thursday, agents recovered 500 multicolored fentanyl pills, 2.5 pounds of fentanyl, 1/3 pound of cocaine, and $3,500 in cash.

No names have been released, but a suspect from Ohio and another from California are in custody.
