FAIRMONT, W.Va. – Authorities in Fairmont are searching for David Russell Cottrell. Cottrel is a 30-year-old white male, 5-feet 11-inches tall, blue eyes and brown hair. Cottrell suffers from autism and was last seen around noon on Chicago Street in Fairmont wearing a white/grey flannel shirt.
