Clarksburg VA doctor accused of sexual misconduct with staff

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. – A family medicine specialist working at the Louis A. Johnson VA Hospital has been charged with two counts each of abusive sexual contact and simple assault. According to U.S. Attorney Bill Powell, Dr. Kenneth Ramdat, 65, of Silver Springs, Maryland, touched the breasts of two staff members without their permission.

If convicted, Ramdat could serve up to two years in prison and be fined up to $250,000 for each abusive sexual contact charge and six months in prison and up to a $10,000 fine for the simple assault charges.
